UPU Industries has been recognised for its commitment to excellence in innovation, and continued growth in the export market as it has been named as a finalist for the fourth annual ‘Made in Northern Awards.’
UPU Industries, which is the only indigenous manufacturer of its kind in the UK, has been shortlisted for both the ‘Manufacturing Innovation’ and ‘Export’ categories. Ran by Insider Media, the top Manufacturing awards are a precursor to the national Insider final – the Made in UK Awards which are held in June. Should UPU win their categories, they will automatically become a finalist for the UK Awards.
