UPU Industries recently celebrated with the ‘cream of the crop’ at the annual Farming Life Awards.
Following a successful year, UPU was shortlisted for the coveted Farm Supplier / Machinery Company of the Year Award. 2016 saw the company benefit from a £1.2m investment in its production facilities, bring two innovative products to market – ‘Colorbale’ net wrap, and ‘Reflectornet’ pallet netting, and expand in both domestic and international markets.
Members from the UPU team including CEO Philip Orr and UPU’s International Sales Director, Gary Millar attended the evening. OBE Waste and Engineering was named the overall winner in the category.
Speaking at the event Gary Millar, UPU’s International Sales Director Gary Millar said:
